Storing Chocolate:
Chocolate is susceptible to temperature, external odors and flavorings, air and light, moisture, and time. Chocolate should be stored in a dry, odor-free place with good air circulation. You don't want to store it in the refrigerator, either. Taking chocolate out of the fridge will lead to condensation.
Shelf Life:
Keep track of when you purchased your chocolates and how long you store them. Remember truffles are made with heavy cream. Our filled chocolates will stay good for about three weeks, while solid chocolate without filling can last for up to a year if stored properly.
