Vanessa’s Fine Chocolates is a European style chocolate store and factory. Our Chocolates are hand-made custom designed using a variety of the finest couverture chocolates from around the world. We use Belgium, Swiss, French and Ecuadorian to name a few. When making our gourmet chocolates our philosophy is “small-batch, hand crafted, creativity, innovation, quality, using old-world techniques and the best all natural ingredients”.
The elegance of our truffles…is in the fresh ingredients, bold flavors, artisan designs and our commitment to quality. Our Chocolatiers are French, Swiss and Belgium trained. They continue their education by attending classes, seminars, competitions, trade shows and peer events exploring new flavors, techniques and ideas.
We specialize in favors, chocolate fountains and chocolate catering. Among our many artisan designs we have favors for weddings, baby showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, theme parties, reunions or any event. Our Chocolate Fountains come in various sizes and can make any event special.
